Q. When will I receive my order?
After you place your order, it’s processed and shipped by us within 2 business days. After this, it’ll reach your location within the next 7 business days. The time it takes to be delivered to you depends on your distance from our office.
Q. Can I check my order status?
Yes! Once your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive an email to inform you that it’s being processed. You can track your order through the tracking link we provide when it’s been shipped.
Q. Why has my order been canceled?
It’s rare that we cancel orders, simply because we don’t want to inconvenience you; but, sometimes, our items may be out of stock. When this happens, we can’t ship the products you wanted and have to cancel your order.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through MasterCard, Visa, American Express.
Q. Why do I have multiple transactions on my bank statement?
Don’t worry about that. The wrong information will cause your card to be declined but these pending transactions will be removed from your bank account since they haven’t been processed.
Q. When can I return an item?
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. After that, your return request will be denied.
Q. Do my clothes need to have a tag to be returned?
Yes, when you return an item, it should have the original tag on it. Additionally, it should be in a pristine condition with no signs of wear-and-tear. If this is the case, your item will be returned to you without any compensation.
Q. Can I return an item that was bought on sale?
Sadly, no. All items that were bought at reduced prices cannot be returned or exchanged.
